Born in Kugane, a city across the Ruby Sea. Her father, Akito was a guard for Lord Bugyo, when he was killed after a band of lawless shinobi stormed Kugane Castle. Her mother, Yua fled the city with young Ayu where she found herself in Gridania, at Nophica's Altar. Yua draped Ayu in silks from the Rakuza District and promised to return to her. Ayu was left alone until her nightmares attracted a group of traveling Fae Folk, who swore they would protect her. She was brought to Norvrandt and raised in the hillsides of il Mheg.PERSONALITY TRAITS
Being raised by the Fae Folk, especially Pixies she can often come off as mischievous but it comes from kind place. She left the hillsides of il Mheg after her final mission with Tyr Beq where she traveled across all regions defeating nightmares from the innocent. She can be found admiring flowers and finding the best ingredients to create elixirs and treats for her dearest friends during combat. It's not uncommon to see her passing out snacks to strangers in the markets of Limsa Lominsa just to bring a piece of happiness to their day. She is fiercely loyal to those she trusts and will go out of her way to make sure they are taken care of.
